Inventive

The go-getter is inventive.  Thomas Edison was an inventor that held 1,093 U.S. patents. He was a go-getter. So it checks out.

Synergy

The law of conservation states that mass cannot be created nor destroyed.  First grade math states that 1+1=2.  Synergy is more or less defined as the sum of two "things" being greater than the two seperatley (i.e. 1+1 =3).  The go-getter questions if synergies have actually been proven or are more of a myth for those seeking shortcuts.

Risk

Sometimes taking risk is necessary and one shouldn't be afraid of risk.  However if we are talking about the board game Risk, then you should not take it from somebody else and should be afraid of how long the gameplay is.  The go-getter acknowledges that risk is sometimes necessary and can be a good thing but that Risk just takes too long.

Communication Skills

Communication skills are of the utmost importance at the workplace.  If one cannot communicate how will anything get done?  The go-getter responds to electronic mail, then physically finds the person to read the previously mentioned electronic mail out loud to them while making excessive head and hand gestures.  The go-getter demonstrates mastery of written, verbal, and non-verbal communication.
